Custom Home

This existed on the property & was renovated.

Custom Home
This 4200 sq ft custom home was a personal home for Colevan Properties & Construction, LLC.
This home was built in 2005 and designed
with our two growing, teenage boys in mind and our construction company.
This home sits on five acres in Greer, SC, off
Roper Mountain Rd., and boasts an
all around brick and stone facade and a
renovated, existing, detached garage that
was on the property when land was purchased. This 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home offers a
separate downstairs office and upstairs living
area. Master is located downstairs. The office
offers a side entry welcoming customers
& contractors. The friendship entry welcomes
family and friends easy access from driveway.
Southern Mansion & Guest House

The homes below were built in Bells Grant, a planned community off
Woodruff Rd in Greenville, SC.
Colevan was one of four builders in this planned community.
Neighborhood consists of Craftsman & Charleston-style homes on 1/4 acre lots

The above 2 bedroom/1 bath home was Colevan's very first, personal home. Located in Pendleton, we built this home in 1987 while Matt was attending Clemson, completing his Building Science Degree.
New ownership over the years have made very few changes. Still so sweet.
Wedding Center Addition
Simpsonville, SC
The Crystal Pavilion was an addition to the Ryan Nicholas Inn.
(Property is now known as Grand Holland Estates)
An outside Margarita & Daiquiri bar was added with layered seating levels,
along with outdoor fireplaces under beautiful, cedar pergolas

The above 4 bedroom/2 bath all-brick home was built for our realtor of 15+ years and her daughter.
